How to Receive Your Order:

To ensure your pet’s food arrives in the best possible condition, please follow these delivery tips:

  • Plan ahead for delivery day.
    Frozen orders are packed with cold packs, insulation, and (sometimes) dry ice, but they are not guaranteed to stay frozen beyond the day of arrival. We recommend having someone home to receive the package, or delivering to a location where the box can be promptly brought inside (like a workplace or neighbor's home).  Please take precautions when handling dry ice to avoid skin burns, such as wearing gloves while unpacking your pet food.

  • Avoid letting the box sit outside in the heat or sun.
    Even with insulation, prolonged exposure to high temperatures can cause the product to thaw.

  • Refrigerate or freeze contents as soon as possible.
    Most products will still be safe to refreeze if partially thawed, but we recommend checking the temperature upon opening and handling items as you would any raw meat.

  • Tracking is your friend.
    You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info when the item is shipped, which may be on a different day than when the item was ordered.  Please keep an eye on your email and bring the box in as soon as it arrives.

  • Delivery instructions (optional):
    If your home is exposed to direct sun or your delivery area is hard to find, please leave a delivery note at checkout so the carrier can leave the box in a shaded or accessible spot.
